When I want to schedule a post, the button just keep rolling?

You can do some of the following checks.

  1. We highly recommend you use Google Chrome browser for Postly.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Delete Cookies:  for Chrome browser: Copy this link to a Chrome browser: chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=usepostly  and delete the Postly on it. Then refresh and try again.

Does a platform connection (e.g. LinkedIn) expire?

* Please note that logging out of your social platforms, changing your social media account password or login details will affect your connections here, reconnect to ensure a good experience.
* Linkedin Connection also expires every 60 days. Ensure to reconnect your account periodically for a good experience.
* Reconnecting your account does not affect already scheduled posts. They will still be published at the scheduled time.
