Does a platform connection (e.g. LinkedIn) expire?

* Please note that logging out of your social platforms, changing your social media account password or login details will affect your connections here, reconnect to ensure a good experience.
* Linkedin Connection also expires every 60 days. Ensure to reconnect your account periodically for a good experience.
* Reconnecting your account does not affect already scheduled posts. They will still be published at the scheduled time.

I got a Bulk upload error that says: “Data format constraint not met”, what does this mean?

These are the possible causes of the issue:

1. Platforms column or Due date column information was not provided – either of them was left blank

2. The rows are less than 3 on the CSV file

3. Syntax error in the header column: e.g. “Date” or “Due Dates” instead of “Due Date”. Please do not edit the header column.

4. The file was saved as Excel and not as a CSV file.
